Well, finally was able to transfer my pics to the comp. here at work so theres some pics from the begining of the season on here.
This pic was from the end of feb. This was the one buck I really wanted to find the sheds from this year. I have his sheds for the last two years and I found these In an area I would normally never check out. I think he is at that age where hes not the top buck anymore, he's all busted up and has lots of trash.

This is from last year but its one of my favorites. Ive never found a non typical 5 ptr around here, the bucks dont have much variation from 3 and 4 pts.

Looks good. I have a buck that I hoping to get his sheds again this year but the snow may have screwed that up for me. Too early to tell yet.

Okay. Heres some whitetail pics from Montana trip. Only went one day and got 16 sheds. This area was hit hard by trespassers and the rancher. I would love to hit this spot in the end of Jan when the just dropped.

I spotted this one and I knew it was a dandy. It was fresh from this year but after it fell off the snow came and laid the grass down on top of it. Some poor sap is probably still looking for the other side of this thing. This is one of my favorite sheds. Being from nevada we dont have whitetail so it was a real treat to find this toad

So heres the total for my dad and I in this pic. He found a fresh head and a few others. My uncle found one and my little cousin found 9. Not a bad day for my first true whitetail shed hunt. Elk shed pics will be next. keep watching out.

Heres the set of sheds my dad and I found. He found the right side standing up, tines down. As I was running over to get a pic I found the other side 50 yards away. This is a great bull. I have the as it lay pics but they're not downloading right.

DAYUM... great job! That is a dandy bull.

Nice muley sets you've found up there in NV too. How's the herd around Verdi doing lately?

Heres the total for the montana trip minus a bunch of chalkies. This was from 6 days of hiking.

The Verdi heard isn't doing so well, I havn't seen many deer or much sign. I went out to my favorite spot yesterday and only found one freshy, it was a monster and it had blood on it. It seems unliky but I guess they still could be pasking. Where was it that you used to shed hunt around verdi again?
