I have been an avid deer hunter for 10years now and I have always wanted to find a shed. I have spent countless hours the last few years looking and no luck. To make things worse, my best friend seems to have the luck and great property for finding sheds. He has found several and I have even been with him before when he has found one. But still I had never found one on my own. To make things even worse, my Dad found one last year while farming and then yesterday my wife and I went to his house for Easter and I happen to notice a new addition on his shelf. I asked him if he found it while working again and he said no, he found it on our ground by the pond. Now, do not get me wrong, I am thrilled when someone finds a shed and I love to look at them but I always have an empty feeling because I have never found one. Well, I congratulated my Dad and then headed into the woods to place on of my cameras and of course to look for the other half. Well, when it started to rain I gave up and headed back to the house when out of the corner of my eye I saw it. At last my quest for my own find was complete. It is only a 3pt but I could not be prouder. I am heading out again today to look for more.

Shed hunting has always been interesting but when you find one it becomes fun!
