Why is it that when I go shed hunting I come home empty handed. But when I am out doing something else I find them. Monday I was out planting persimmion trees (106 of them) and found my first shed of the season. Not a monster but a nice one for my area. Has a little over 40".

It's the same way for me shedding.I go to an area I think I'll make out good on sheds and find a few.I then go to an area I think will be a bust and find sheds everywhere.
