They should arrest Kurt Kephart for even trying to get rid of non resident and outfitted hunters in Montana. Non resident oufitted hunts bring in $167 million dollars per year in MT providing lots of money for MT and even NR hunters bring in more! These funds are what give hunters access to Block Management lands and without these hunters, we would have nothing. What a fraud he and his staff is with their signatures and miss-leading info.
