Go fund the wall

The only wall upside for us hunting folks, we might be able to take our shotguns, go down to the border wall and have an open season on mexican cartel drug drones flying over. I'll gladly do my part! Choot Em'

I have heard that some animals migrate across the border, are there any plans to leave monitored gaps for them to pass through? I definitely think a wall would slow illegal immigration but I'm sure that some will find ways under/over or around it. As for the shut down didn't Obama blame the republicans for shutdowns during his terms? Seems like the shoes are on different feet this time. A great way to prevent shutdowns would be to not allow any other bill to be added on to government funding bills but dishonorable politicians on both sides of the isle will never allow that to happen.

I still want a "no limit year around mexican cartel drug drone season" along the border. I am down there shooting Eurasian doves 2-3 times a month, why not pick off a few drones while I am at it. Boots on the ground, a wall will never apprehend anyone!

A gentleman I know stated the wall is only slated to cover 700 miles of the 2000 miles. That it will not go into certain wilderness sections.

We got onto that conversation because I said I like the idea of a wall.. but that I'd be concerned with the impediment it would cause... and mans arrogance in not thinking about... the natural migration of all the wildlife that routinely crosses our imaginary "lines in the sand".

I suggested that perhaps we construct certain "funnel" sections. And that they could have remote-controlled pop-up walls to seal them shut inside when needed.

We could make them narrow enough they'd be easy to protect. Fill them with hard to traverse stuff like rocks and shale, maybe even throw in a bunch of Cholla to just for fun! Ya figure all the animals would be able to traverse it relatively easy, but that it would majorly slow-down the humans trying to go thru so Border Patrol Agents monitoring it remotely could be like "Nope! Not Today!" and laugh out loud maniacally as they flick the switch. Just before dispatching agents to go scoop em up.

You could even to remote-controlled turrets. You remember when the internet for started picking up steam? And how they quickly had to add into the regs that it's illegal to use any remote-controlled or computer-controlled devices for the discharging of firearms while hunting?

The only problem with open season on drones is being able to recognize good guy drones from bad guy drones.

5.7 billion is Pocket change in the big scheme of things. Obama had 41 billion in foreign aid schedule for 2018 and we spent 19.1. we GAVE Afghanistan 9 billion last year. We used to give a half a billion to Palestine but I don't know what the number is today.

on the average California spends 96.4 billion dollars on health & human services annually. It's the biggest state expenditure after education.

What the president asking for accounts for less than 1% of the national budget. I heard one congressman complain that we gave out more than 5 billion dollars for sugar subsidies last year.

When you put all that in context, 5 billion dollars isn't that much money for something that's probably going to pay dividends in the diminished entitlement programs.

I read an article last month that on the average, an illegal immigrant takes advantage of at least one free entitlement program and the taxes they pay don't even come close to paying what they're taking out.

Democrats keep hoisting the carrot in front of illegals . Free schooling for their children , free medical ( via emergency rooms ) , housing assistance , welfare checks each month, tax free work situations....the list goes on . If we DONT allow these things, they will self deport . They keep coming here because we keep giving these things to illegal immigrants .
Not too many years ago, democrats realized that these freebies would buy themselves future thousands of democrat votes by USING OUR TAX DOLLARS to pay for them ! Come on people THINK !! Cant you clearly see this ?? !!! I Know , you want to feel warm and fuzzy....... so you keep voting these socialists into office . Can you not see why most full blood , USA Americans hate us stupid Kalifornians ? Maybe its just me ...............Maybe I just don't get it ........

If the government wants to spend billions of our tax dollars to protect our families, how about protecting us from the new long range nuclear russian missile systems putin has been bragging about lately. We don't need more expensive trains or walls. I have enough firepower around the house to take care of the gardeners, hotel maids, and the dude selling tamales in the Home Depot parking lot. Or throw some tax dough at the chubby little rocketman, ISIS, iran, or china, these guys are out of my range!

Tips for In-Flight Drone Identification along the border! The ones headed North Bound with the large burlap bags attached to them, and the South Bound ones with satchels and attache cases hanging off them are probably the bad guys. Any funds recovered from the South Bound ones, could be donate to the nearest honest politician's campaign! If you can find one!

So in other words you'll keep the cash for your self?

I'll be wearing my best jerry brown disguise and driving an old blue Plymouth while down there. Those drug lords better go with the live feed models because those SD cards won't be much good. Of course along the California Mexico portion of the border, California Laws will probably require you to use organically grown wild rice or beach sand as shot in taking illegal drug laden drones................Might have to hang onto the cash, come to think of it!
