Well I'm finally going to get out tomorrow with my boy to do some scouting. Got everything ready just need to hook up the trailer tonight after picking up my boy from his first job at around 10pm tonight. He busses and dish washes. Told him we would match whatever he saves to get his first truck. He just passed his test today for his learners permit so he will be doing all the driving. We both have cow tags that open on the 1st and buck tags that open on the 5th. Plan is to drop one maybe two elk on opener and take a break if you call cutting up two elk a break until Wednesday then get back out there and drop two bucks. I will also be taking my BIL out since he has a cow tag in the same area and hasn't hunted it for elk yet. I'll try and keep the camera handy and post some pics when we get back.
