I went directly off of shift from the Fire Dept. and got to my lease at about 0735 hrs. I got to my 4-Wheeler at the barn and headed to my feeders. I stopped about 100 yards from my main feeder where I have a 7' pig pipe. As I approached the feeder I saw some brown bodies pushing the pig pipe around. I got within 65 yards or so and noticed that there were 4 pigs at the pipe. 2 real small ones and this 110# boar and 65 # sow(the pics below) I shot the boar which was the largest pig and the other 3 ran almost directly toward me. They stopped at about 80 yards from me as I was crouched behind some brush. I shot the sow in the neck and had to shoot her once more in the head. I had my 22 Mag. The boar dropped because I shot him right behind the eye. The sow was moving just a bit and I hit her to low on the first shot but that slowed her down enough to get a good head shot.. I guess I will just stop trying to hunt and just "Go To Fill The Feeders" more often..Hope you like the pics. I didn't even get a chance to get out of my Fire Dept. clothes ..
