Thanks for the kind words. I killed him about three miles east of 395 and about 1 mile north of the fish hatchery. He was way up on a big hill. It took us two days of packing to get him to the truck. They estimated him about 800 pounds. I got him on the Tinemaha period 2.
Nice bull! Do they still ask you to bring them all the guts? They gave me this big long bag to put them in, what a pain. Bad enough packin out meat, hope you didn't have to pack out guts
Congrats, Nice bull. The work doesn't start till you make the shot, the packing, caping, procesing the meat. I just finished mine yesterday, excellent meat.
Thanks for the kind words all. It was Tinemaha period 2 bull. I have been putting in for tule elk ever since they started having drawings for tule elk.
