Well after reading Davered1 post on the Snappy QT, I bid on one last week on Ebay and got it for $10.00
Just received it this afternoon. The screws were in so tight and access was so difficult that I used my dremal to cut a hole in the front section of the camera, directly in front of the Pins #1,#2 and#3(thanks to Davered1 detailed picture)Very delicate surgery..HaHaHa but it was a success!!!
Soldered in my two wires and taped it closed.I used one of my existing enclosures for one of my Owls and it was a perfect fit!!! Loaded it with Fugi 400 and put it out in the back 40. I'll post some pictures in about a week of how the pictures came out(hopefully get a few night shots to see how the "stock" flash performed)

Some of them screws can be pretty tight , especially them 2 under the strap.

I have a new challenge for you, go to ebay and get a deal on any Canon camera!!

Man them things are insane now.

I got a snappy LX II last week and put it out. book says flash is good up to 23 FT so it should perform as good as any owl. It's quick to. Paid 5$ for it ,brand new. Last ones went for $17.50 and 21$
