Grey Market???

I was wondering what is the differance between grey market and reg usa???
I have been looking at buying a pair of Pentax binocs.
I sent an email to pentax but they never did reply.

Gray market = no warranty repair in USA. You get to ship the optic overseas to wherever it was made.

I steer clear of gray market dealers, too many chances with those type dealers. Use a reputable dealer, get a real USA warranty and sleep good at night.
