Groveland ranger dist., Hume lake, Hunter Valley

I seen on Jesse's page that these area's were mentioned for hogs. Has anyone ever tried any of them or heard of hogs being taken.

I've spent a lot of time around Hume Lake. I've seen a LOT of deer and bears, never any hogs or hog sign. I plan to be up there within the next month or so, I'll ask somebody who will know.

I recently spent a little time up in Yosemite and a waiter at the Wawona told me that pigs abound up at Mamoth Pool. That's outside Oakhurst a bit. I'm going to Courtwright Res and Wishon in July and will keep an eye out for pigs there as well.

I have hunted Groveland area for years for deer and quail and have never seen pig sign. Just a fyi..
