I put my lower together today, just waiting on the tools to show up so I can finish putting the upper together.

So far looking good. Are we going to have an AR hog hunt when Tejon opens back up or what?

I just ordered a new 5.56 upper, some repair kit magazines, mag blocks, new scopes, and assorted accessories. I'm shopping the local gunshops for a new lower. Don't what to go through the internet FFL hassle.

Haha, I am hoping to have at leaset a regular Tejon Hunt. I have a 5.56 Bushmaster 16" and a 24"match grade Colt upper. I am going to put the Bushmaster Barrel on this upper but I am still considering just getting a 6.5, 6.8 or 300blackout and calling it a day. I know you can use 5.56 for hogs or whatever really but I know its not ideal.

Finally got 98% of my parts, just need my bolt carrier group and I will be done.

I think that looks nice. I want to build one that has all red/black/chrome for the color layout. It will b like a custom USMC AR.
