help on mahi mahi

i need a little help on how to cook mahi (dorado sp?) I would really like to grill it but any suggestions would be appreciatied. I know this is probably not the right to post but thought i would give her a werl. thanks in advance

if the fish is hyper fresh, keep it simple. salt/pepper, grill it up. then serve it with some fresh pico de gallo spooned on top. tomato, jalapenos, red onion, cilantro, lemon juice.

serve it with a margarita!

I would have to agree with Sancho. Fresh fish keep it simple. Add some olive oil or sesame oil to it so it doesn't stick to the grill and make sure its a thick piece so that it doesn't break when you flip it. Salt, pepper and garlic powder on the fish then mix a dipping sauce of soy sauce, red pepper past (siracha) a little rice vinegar and add dash of brown sugar. That with some white rice on the side. Makes my mouth water. ENJOY!!!
