Help With Varmint hunting in Bishop California area

I live in So Cal and I am going to Bishop for 10 days. I would like to know what type of hunting I can do there in July. All help would really be great I dont know what they hunt up there. I am game to hunt anything. In between some great fishing

As far as I know the only thing in season would be cotton tail and Jack Rabbits. Use a .22 and you would be up for some challenge.
Be on a look out for dead animals:someone had noticed dead rabbits and Chuckars on the way up there. Let us know. we all apprciate the results of some good scouting.
