i just took a whole bunch of spoiled liver, blood, and steaks out for a bobcat picture trap. Hope it works! Set it up in two separate spots where we saw tracks, etc.

Keep you posted! Going to check wed.

We hunt in North Louisiana. I was not aware that Bobcats are so prevalent in that area until last season. After I saw one in broad daylight I contacted the State wildlife biologist. He indicated that they are very common and are frequently seen during the September-Cotober time near populated areas. The thick undergrowth created when timber is thinned provides an ideal habitiat for the samll game on which they feed.

I never got one on film but I never baited a camera site for them either.

Would be interested in learnibg about your success. We also have Coyotes that I do have on film. Would like to bait some of them into the gunsights.

Once you find one, you can usually bet they travel the same basic route. Year before last, I watched the same one over and over. Neat animals.
