Hi guys- My name is Jeff, Im new on here and to hog hunting has well. I'm an avid bird hunter as well as spearfisherman. I was wondering if any of you might be willing to share any infor on good/legit guide services in monterey or sonoma countys. I figure that a guided hunt would be a good way to get my feet wet and maybe learn a little bit

If you had the cajones to hang on to that giant while in HIS turf I'm sure you'll have no problem with the nerves it takes to get close to a monster hog.

There are some very good guides in SLO, Monterey and San Benito counties, check some ofthe ones listed here on JHO, like Deedy at Bryson Hesperia or the Jack Ranch. Do a back check on posts in the hog hunting forum, there is lots of discussion on who got what and where...

nice dude, and that free diving right??? looks like your ready to shoot arrows at pigs 20 yards away, I do a bit of public land hunting around Monterrey, and scuba spearfishing too, hit me up if you like a partner :archer green:
