Hog grunter call?

Anybody ever use hog grunt call sounds like repacked deer grunt. Do they work. Any tips?

I shot a sow at about 150 yards after blowing a few light grunts on my hog call. She came out of the bushes and was rooting around, so definitely not spooked by it. But I can’t say if it actually got her attention or not. I like to use it when the woods are dry and crunchy. I feel like it could help make my crunchy walking a little less alarming or confuse them some. That's all I got. :-/
