Spoony.....Welcome aboard! Actually, you just did when you signed up here. You'll meet a log of good guys here. I've hunted with a couple of them, spoken with a couple more, and they're all great guys, even those that aren't republicans...........
If you're looking to join a "get together every Wednesday night" hunting club, there's a few around. The Compton Hunting and Fishing club (in Compton, no kidding) is IMHO, a good one (I'm kinda pledging that one right now). There's the Redondo Rod and Gun club, those are the only ones that come to mind right now. There's some bigger clubs you can join to gain access to property, but they'll cost you. I think one is Wildnerness Unlimited.
Try to specify what you want to hunt (just pigs or ????) and that might help us let you know where some clubs are you might be able to join or check out. I don't know of any "pig specific" clubs, but it wouldn't suprise me if there is one or two somewhere......
