Hey everyone, first time posting. New to pig hunting, i have gotten permission to hunt private land close to springville. Went out last fall just to scout and saw 12 nice pigs, there is oaks and granite boulders all over that show signs of the pig. Everytime i have gone out since then havent seen but one that was too far out. There was lots of sign wallow, rubs, tracks, and now fresh sign has dissapeared. The owner said the pigs come in only part of the year to get the cattle feed then he dosent see them much. I was wondering where i should be looking? I thought theyd be in year around since there is lots of free food and water for the pigs. any advice? <!--IBF.ATTACHMENT_136459-->

If there is water on the ranch you are hunting then possible there is alot less traffic on surrounding ranches or what is more likely it there is better cover. They like the thick stuff. Google earth the area and look for a thick canyon with access to water and close to a feeding area.
