Russian Razorback? European Red Boar? Where do people get this stuff? I'll say this though, nice looking property. Would make a nice place to live. Maybe it backs up to National Forest.

Sounds like it backs up to lots of wineries. That can be just about as good.

Let's see, though... $100 a year for membership (membership full right now... limited to 5 hunters).
$50 a day to hunt
$100 per animal...

That's still not too bad, if the pigs are really thick there.

55 acres is tiny, do they "put and take"? All the truly wild hogs up here are feral. There are no pure strains of any kind left.

If you consider about 3 hours away to be "near Citrus Heights" then yeah. But Citrus Heights is east of Sacramento...unless you know of another one on the coast...

I didn't see any hogs in any of the pictures. That doesn't meant there aren't any, but if I were putting up pictures of a hunting ranch, I would try to include a picture or two that actually showed game, not just grapes and a cabin. If the ranch is that small, it should be easy to spot the pigs and take a picture or two. Also the names of the various species of pigs found there sounds fishy. The ad also says they have water buffalo wandering onto their property from the neighbor's. Odd.
