Hog Hunting Video (No Harvest)

I love hunting. It's as simple as that. We all know that we wont be successful every time we hit the hills, but success to me ins't always measured by an animal on the ground.

A buddy of mine invited me to tag along with him on a 2500 acre private ranch last week and I couldn't pass it up. We got on a couple really nice boars early on but ultimately they gave us the slip. We had a blast. Seeing legal game this far from deer season was good enough for me.

I love hunting. But I also love film. I put a little film together from our hunt. Hope you all enjoy.

Heyes Matt, great video! What camera(s) do you use? I want to start videos of I and my son's hunts, and what do you use to edit and add music and captions?

I do a lot of solo hunting so I'm using a handheld canon vixia 600. It's super small and light, and has great zoom, but doesn't give you options and quality of the DSLR style.

For editing, I'm using a simple program called Windows Movie Maker. I'm thinking of switching to the Adobe editing software though for more options.
