Well I took the quiz and it turns out that I don't know a feral hog from a ground hog. No ....but I did miss the piglet stripe question......"I know they don't keep them long"....just wasn't good enough. Thanks that was enteresting.

I missed the piglet stripe too. I also missed the question about where they come from, but I disagreed with the answer choices.

The Spanish brought pigs to Florida and the Caribbean islands that went feral way before those first German hogs were imported to North Carolina. But I guess the Spanish pigs don't count because they weren't wild hogs? That's the only explanation I can think of.

Anyway, only scored 80%.

Yeah, I got 80% too. Seems like almost everyone (including me) is missing the piglets stripe question. I also missed the weight question even though my first inclination was correct. I was thinking of the giant hogs in the south--those must have a lot more Hampshire or some other big breed expressed in them than Euro hog in them.
