Honeymoon hunt

Gentlemen my Fiance and I are leaning towards South Africa as a honeymoon destination....so I can hunt and we can also enjoy the wineries and countryside etc. This means I have a year to start planning, any insight is appreciated as I am just starting to do the leg work with picking out an outfitter. A couple basics is that i'm looking for a place with nice amenities for the lady and I am hoping to go for the spiral slam (Kudu, Nyala, Eland, and bushbuck) thanks in advance gentlemen I am hoping to make this a trip of a lifetime.
