Oh, this IS a California Pig. It weighed in at about 350# and was NOT a farm pig. He and the rest of his clan had been raiding an apple farm for years before I drilled him. The best danged tasting pig I've ever had in my life! Better than any store bought swine. Seasoned on the hoof!
