HP 3.3 megapixels $199.94 at Staples

This is on sale at staples this week. Is this a good price, and a good product. I dont know hardly anything about digital cameras but we wanted to buy one. I did not want to get 2-3 years down the road and regret my purchase.
important to me is ease of use.

Is there a bunch of other junk that i have to buyto gowith it. I heard i need a docking station and then memory cards. how much is that gonna soak me?

No, you won't need much. You don't need a docking station, or anything like that. Docking stations are for laptops, but you may have mistaken that for a card reader. Your camera can act as a card reader, so you don't need one of them off the bat. Extra memory cards are nice, but again, you don't need that right away.
