I gotta question, since all of this crap happening to boartracks it seems like personal interpataion can decide if you get prosecuted or not.Could the dfg interpet hunt and fish swaps as guiding?If you recieve services exchanged from someone else wouldnt that be considered compensation?

You could be onto something. It would certainly be worthwhile to run that question by the DFG folks, particularly if you could check into it without making too much reference to the source (JHO).
