This week's Hunter's Handbook TV takes viewers into the workshop to learn all about rifle scopes. Optics expert Chris Lalik with Simmons teaches us all about the different types of scopes and how to select the correct one. He also will give us a hands-on demonstration of how to correctly mount a rifle scope. Tune in and see how the crosshairs in a scope actually work.
This episode airs on Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 AM and Sunday at 7:30AM Eastern on Versus Network.
Now in its fourth season, Hunter's Handbook TV brings to life the pages of Hunter's Handbook, the Official Student Publication of the International Hunter Education Association. The show not only promotes safety in the field and on the range, but gives viewers in-depth information and instruction on a broad array of hunting disciplines. Following episodes will include experts on hunting with handguns, the proper selection of hunting rifles and shotguns, boating safety for waterfowlers, scents and scent elimination and many other subjects.
Each segment of the show is enhanced with field footage, demonstrating the instructional and educational presentations from the visiting experts, making the learning experience interesting and easy to comprehend. Each episode ends with a "Safety Tip of the Week" from the International Hunter Education Association.
