Hunting in NM! Day one: A guy is hunting in a national monument where elk are plentiful and leads the police and park service on a manhunt for 4 hours. The hunting area was closed off and we could not leave or have our family come in while the search was on. Fun..... Day two: entire area was close off again for 4 hours we could not leave or have family come in again. Apparently there was a pipe bomb 150 yards away from our camp! So our new camping neighbors were now the fire dept, the bomb squad and a small robot who liked retrieving things. 3hrs later you could hear the yell out "fire in the hole" three times and then a loud bang. After further examination by the police it turns out the pipe bomb was a geo cache....... Even though it was a rough start, two tags out of three filled.<o
