I posted this in binocs, but no takers

My buddy bought some 40x70 binocs in China earlier this year. GREAT optics, and he paid the equivalent of $12. Naturally, if he goes back I want a pair.

The right reticle has what appears to be a rangefinder feature, but since the instructions are in Chinese....

This is the vertical in the center:
-30
|
-20
|
-10
|

And this is the horizontal:
--30--20--10-|-10--20--30--



Anyone know how to use it?

Is the instruction book very big? Can you copy it and send me a copy? I have a friend that can read Chinese. I don't know if the manual is in the same dialect as she can read. We can give it a try.
