I think its a Kingfisher...

My wife Cherlyn was in her blind this morning waiting for the Eagles to show up and this little guy kept her entertained.

Im not 100% sure, but it looks like a green kingfisher.

It is a belted kingfisher. Nice pictures. I have seen those around where I live, especially around my Mother-in-law's fishpond.
