Idaho Elk Hunting 2005 Season

I'm pretty damn stoked...this is my first year Elk hunting. We'll be using rifles this year, hunting just south of the Montana border Hwy 93.

Anyone else hunting Elk this year in Idaho? We're going to hunt deer as well, also using rifle this season.

It's only July and I'm already having a hard time getting to bed from all the excitement.

Will be hunting in unit 76 with my buddy that got drawn. His second time in 4 years. I bought a SE deer tag, and will be hunting the last week of the season. So hopefully I'll have a good bull tied up for him when he gets back there.
