Wish my wages would go up as fast....But, 20% on the tags/license is not going to keep me home. Might me nurse a few more years out of the truck if prices keep going up.....

I hear ya. Too bad they make you buy a license to even apply in the draw. They would be among the most expensive states with those prices.

Actually, NV is probabally the most expensive, when you consider how much nonresidents have to pay per tag drawn. At least ID's license can be used for an OTC tag or two. I'll enter the ID draw in years I think there is a good chance I'll do OTC. WY' is up there if you apply for sheep and moose too... I do not mind AZ, with OTC archery deer and javelina tags that are easy to draw.

Dat's just fine with me--they could make them $700 and I wouldn't care-not after this years experience in payette nat forest-- Outfitter not the best and looked like all animals gone with the wolves or migrated out-- 8 day hunt- nada--and that was for camp not just me-- oh yes one guy shot a VERY samll mulie first day--I was glad it happened though cause i went to MT after that trek in bush and leased a ranch Home for next fall--3 mos of chasing lots of stuff.

Its still a heck of a lot cheaper than the $134.95 license and $1094.75 tag fee that a certain State charges Nonresidents, and that same State will only allow up to "1" Nonresident to draw a tag

No, CA is cheapest for nonresidents. Free. Because hunter opportunity is so low in comparison to surrounding states and cost is so high that it's an easy decision to just not do it, with no regrets that you are missing anything. Seriously, CA sells so few nonresident licenses that they do not really factor into the budget. Most western states pretty much subsidize artificially cheap resident licenses through nonresident $$$$$$. Not CA.

Nonresidents can start buying licenses/tags Dec 1. Guess you can beat the fee increase for one year if you buy before it is approved.
