Ideas for a good game winch setup?

How did that horse taste. If you cant get the truck or quad to the animal how then would you load it into your vehicle. He was not asking for a way to skin it, but to get it loaded to take out of the field

my buddys truck will pick that buffalo up no problem...he'll skin it then quarter it with his bonesaw and rinse it all off then with a flick of a switch swing the hole thing into his bed to haul off to meat locker takes him about an hour start to finish...he puts the hides in one barrels and gut in another....
twice a month he slaughters old horses for cat haven..people donate the meat...
that boom is powered by a giant winch with a long cable....3 big diesel batteries...the entire boom flips down over the cab when hes done...
he typically does 6 cows a day all by himself....those poles look like a waste of time..and 4-5 guys to set up.... also still requires vehicle
just picking the animal up wont help you get it out of the field...
if theres no trees around you can skin it then debone it right on the ground....package up meat and leave the rest....
