Just a reminder to people, PLEASE if you call leave your area code and full number so I can get back to you. I had several calls with no area code and me guessing at it did not provide the right combination. Also a couple calls from cell phones when part of the number got jumbled. Again, I will guess at it and try if only one number is missing but if there are two or more numbers missing when you leave it I am not going to be able to get back in touch with you. Please say your number twice to make sure. I am pretty good about getting back to people but I am not clairvoyant (despite what my mom tells me)

I commend you for your great customer service, but if people are not smart enough to leave their complete phone number then that's not your problem. Keep up the good work though.
