Wild Pig, Hog & Boar Archery Hunting

archery_pig_hunting.jpg

Central Coast wild pig, hog & boar archery hunting package details:

Our wild pig archery hunting season runs 365 days a year. Bryson Resort Hunts are conducted using blinds, stands and “spot-and-stock” methods.
Price = $500 per person with a 2 pig opportunity. This price does not include lodging. Bryson Hesperia Resort offers a special lodging rate of $75 per person per night on hunt packages.
This wild pig archery hunting package is semi-guided. We will provide stand areas, blinds, and game cam pictures of recent patterned activity (within the last week) to assist you in hunting your pigs. We will assist in the recovery of your pigs by providing tracking dogs for no additional expense. We also provide our hunters with strategic hunting information on the various locations of pig hotbeds. Our goal at Bryson Hesperia Resort is to provide as many pig opportunities as possible within a 2 day period.
All archery pig hunts run for 2 days. Check-in and orientation is done prior to the beginning of the hunt. We are responsible for the field dressing and skinning of your game. A walk-in cooler is available for your use.
Archery pig hunters are required to bring the following items:

  • Valid CA hunting license
  • Proper tags for big game
  • Complete archery equipment
  • Game bags
Reservations will be taken 2-3 weeks in advance for wild pig archery hunts.
Please email deedy@brysonresort.com to purchase this wild pig archery hunting package.

Henry,
Deedy is great, she has nice cabins and her prices are the best. There are pigs all over right now especially in the areas she guides.
Good luck and have fun...

Henry,

Please let us know how your hunt turns out. I've been looking at going through them myself.

Have fun, don't let the cabins spoil your hunt :D. I wish I had the time to go back there! Are you going guided or semi-guided? Regardless, Deedy will make sure you have a great hunt!

No. $450 is the large group rate, and thats for one weekend. The tejon hunt is a semi-guided/DIY. Bryson-hysperia resort really has probaly the best prices in CA. They've got an excellent track record and many, many JHO'er's have hunted there over the years.

The ranch is 265,000 acres and is split in half. My last trip i was covered in hogs all weekend just could not make it happen. here is a pik of the trip before that. Again with all this said i would go hunt with DeDe in a heart beat, very nice and will get you on hogs.

no room & board.

Tejon has suspended all hunting activities and moneys paid. from their website.

Effective January 30, 2012, Tejon Ranch will temporarily suspend hunting operations, including spring access for 2012. Any applicants for 2012 spring access will soon receive a refund of any monies paid and all orientations are cancelled. We anticipate that operations will resume in a couple of months. If you have any questions or desire additional information, please email
huntinfo@tejonranch.com

Never hunted Bryson, but I have always heard decent things about the place. I think they still offer the $200 unguided full day hunt.

Put a fork in Tejon. Deedee's cabins are very nice and she knows what she's doing.
