The semi guided hunts are $200 per hunter at Bryson. I have done it. We didnt see any pigs though. But if the pigs are moving, it might be good!! Good luck!!

158 views and no takers?
I can't believe nobody is getting on board this offer.
Deedy has some great leases and runs a good service AND $200 bucks to hunt unguided on private property...

I just have some quick questions; I know it sounds silly, but who will take the first shot if 2 people see a same pig? And how late are u allowed to stay on the property? Also, is there any additional fees?

Have you been on this hunt yet?

If not, I am interested in joining you. $200 is a good deal. We can split gas and driving.

PM me with your itinierary so we can set this up.

Are there additional fees if you harvest one? How about a trophy fee? Second pig fee?

Any takers henry54?
It is a good deal on an unguided hunt and if you know anything about hunting pigs you should do fine. No ups no extras, but it is hunting and it is as good as you make it... Lots of standing grain this time of year and the porkers love that.
And usually when there are a couple of hunters together, we work out who takes what and on the count of three, shoot.
Good luck...

I just go back last night...hmmmm? I think Deedy is great and puts in a lot of effort to put you on the pigs. She was very hospitable too. But I think that she stretched the truth on the number of hogs on her property. she said 50-60, in my head i instantly cut that in half. I bet there was one or two, 5 max. she kept telling about one, ONE, hog that was seen every night by the blue water trough. anyway I paid for a two day hunt...my bad I should have paid for a one day hunt and added the second if I thought the hunt was going well. Granted, the Moon phase was bad and the heat was scorching...Hmmmm seems I remember hunting the Tejon on days that hot and seeing hogs get up mid day to get in the water cause it was so hot, cause they had too. maybe it was just those few times I've seen that on the tejon and maybe those (tejon hogs) are the only pigs that cool of when it's that hot...god i miss the tejon. Anyway, there was plenty of sign, it was all old though. after the first mornings hunt I hit all the springs but one, looking for sign...none. she said I walked around to much, ha! I'm not gonna sit on a trail or water hole with no fresh sign. the next morning I sat on one water hole 3 or so hours. 3 different deer came into drink two doe and one forky and some real nice turkey. All of which where about 12- 15 yards out. I did finally hit the one spring I didn't check out on Saturday. killer set up, trails coming from beds, in from the East side and the West side. a nice wallow bellow the spring and mud Spackled all over the trees. There were only Two, TWO! tracks in the mud and they weren't that fresh either. and you couldn't smell hog anywhere, no piss, no scat, no tracks. I sat there from 10:15 am till 45 minutes or so past dark...all day, 10hrs. a total of 7 deer came to water, two fox and a ton of quail. Just as I suspected already, NO hog. hunting is hunting and there are no guarantees. but if there is one hog on the ranch tell me THERE'S ONLY ONE OR TWO HOGS, DON'T TELL ME THERE'S 50 OR 60! I've seen more hogs on Hunter Liggett and that place gets hit pretty hard. With all this said i'm sure if you go there in spring time and listen to her, where to post up or even have her guide you'll probably get your opportunity. As for my hunt I think she looked at as a way to make some money off a guy at a bad time to hunt. I wouldn't gripe if she told me the true number of hogs...
I hope this helps anyone considering her hunt.
