Camo is important but since most deer family animals are nearly color-blind I'm not sure that the fancy new stuff is that important. The texture of the suit in your post would surely blend you in and would be an asset but from what i've experienced the most important thing to consider would be the wind and your scent. I've been winded by deer that never did see me but they lifted their noses, scented me, snorted and went the other way. No bit of camo is gonna help that.

Of course color is important for turkey and since i ain't rich i sometimes use my camo suit for turkey hunting as well therefore the fancy new stuff helps alot since turkey are very color sensitive.
