I just put together a game camera I used a mainstay sensor and radio shack 5vdc relay when I power the unit up red light comes on but I dont think my relay is working I hooked #3 & #1 relay holes to the coil pins on the relay and hook the other two pins to the wires from the camera
when I power up I get power to the relay and
when there is no motion it go's off but the leds going to the camera dont have any ohms on it
it sounds to me like the relay is bad but this makes 2nd new relay I have tried have I done something wrong

with your ohm meter hooked to the wires that goes to the camera, when the sensor is NOT tripped it should read infinity, when you trip the sensor it should read a ground, not voltage.
if the LED works right then so should the camera.

with the ohm meter hooked to camera wires and sensor off i get a reading something like this -457
but could it be because there is current on the camera wires from the camera battery
HOW DO I TEST the relay to see if it is working with it hooked up to board
