I can't say for sure. However, in my experience, clubs that have good success rates, well-managed habitat and most importantly low member numbers don't have to advertise on Craigslist to find members. There is usually a waiting list that can be very long depending on the club.

With the economy in the toilet and lots of people cutting excess expenses, it's possible that clubs such as this one might find themselves looking for new members where they otherwise wouldn't. One thing I have heard is that when clubs are low on funds for maintenance or if they want to purchase new leases they open it up to new members.

A decent club wouldn't be advertising on Craig's I would think. The dog pic was swiped from a guy on the Refuge so it's a CA duck LOL

Email em..See what they have to say. These are tough times, who knows what owners would do to fill a few spots.

As I and everyone predicted, there was no response from the advertiser. It was just too good to be true.

I sent an email to my uncles in Wisconsin. One live in Wausau (northern Wi.) and the other is near Madison. They should be able to find out something. Our family has a cabin up NW WI. which is where they say this place is. If nothing else they will freak out over the pictures, haha.
