I can't make the December hunt so I'm going in January.
Rookie and my brother (still not registered on JHP), and maybe
nrifenbark are going.

Hey JR,

If I can pull off two hunts, I might be looking at January. It's real iffy right now, though. Sure wish the economy would've come together a little better by now. This downturn has put a crimp in my "life of luxury".

Definitely doing the March or April hunt, though.

Anyone use one of those collapsable game carriers with large wheels? I was wondering if they work well and if you carry it with you or if you go back and get it.

How will the weather be in January? I'd imagine that it's the same as Dec. Curious as to whether I'll need to buy a cold weather jacket.

I'll be going to the Dec. and MArch POR's .... The weather at this time using Accuweather.com type in ( LEBEC, Ca) the temps arecurrently low to mid 60's during the day and and low-mid 40's at night.
