doghouse95 don't concentrate too much on your weekly gain/loss. A 3# loss is good for a week. A healthy guideline for weight loss is 2-4# a week.

Two months ago I was 204, now I am at 185. It might seem like a lot but I am really into bodybuilding. At 204 I was aiming at gaining muscle, now I am training to get cut/ripped. My goal is to be 180pds with only 8-9% bodyfat. Its really difficult to lose the last 5 pounds. Good luck to you all
