This is one expensive thread to write. I better start from the beginning. I went coyote hunting with some friends the other week. I picked them up along with their preferred coyote gun. Long story short, I was the only one with a wood stock gun chambered in 243. Odd man out if you know what I mean. So I start to do some homework the following week and buy my first AR chambered in 223. I don't remember ever spending that amount of money on a single gun and I still need to buy some ammo to feed it.
Anyways, I bought the Remington R-15 Byron South Signature addition with the Nikon Coyote Special 4.5x14 in the Max 1 with the Max 1 riser and Max 1 rings, cammo sling and swivels, one 20 round and one 30 round clip along with the 5 round clip it came with and some cleaning supplies. I feel like I just gave birth, man that hurt. I hope it lives up to it's reputation.

Tuff crowd, I will see what I can do! Scope is on back order and should be in Monday or Tuesday with some luck. All paid for but I left my new toy with the shop owner to put together for me. With any luck I should be able to make a pic post sometime next week. Those boar hunters can be so hard to please some times.

She's a beauty. May you have a long and productive life together.

Have you ever tried the Hornady 55 gr V-Max Moly? My 1-in-9 twist Savage loves them.
