Just got the e-mail from Wapiti. For the July contest he chose the topic of "youth."

Congrats again Wapiti!

Remember, the rules have been modified. You may post three photos in one or multiple posts so long as they are numbered appropriately. If you forget to number it, it won't be voted on.

Good luck everyone!

Taken with EOS 40D at 400 ISO, 1/250, f/9, 95mm. Camera was in Program Mode with Auto ISO. It was a little overexposed in a few spots so I tweaked the levels and brightness a bit.

My oldest son with our dog a few weeks ago on a hot summer day.

#3, my youngest "catfishing". He thought that up all by himself.

el, please DO NOT include me in the voting; I'm not out to win anything, I just wanted to throw out a cute picture.

Voting is on!

FYI, I voted #10 because I felt the exposure and color were right on & IMO it best represents this month's subject.

I voted #7 as runner-up because (again) I felt the exposure and color were nailed (other than a bit of washed out sky)...and the DOF was great.
