Just Got Inked! Desert Deer Skull with Arrow / Big Back Piece Tattoo...TRA

Just left the shop an hr ago! Well I have been craving for some ink and pain so I hooked up with my personal good friend who is a great artist and just sat for 3 1/2 straight while he laid the ink in hard till his hand went numb, what a session!
He did an awesome job as usual. I think the easy part was sitting for the tat its trying to sleep now on my stomach all night is going to be the tough part!

Thanks guys, I'm not a bleeder or big scabber myself when it comes to tats I heal up pretty quick. There a annual tattoo convention here in the bay area the last weekend of the month I might get more ink then my x boss and also good friend will have two booths with artist also. I am very lucky to have a very close and personal friend that inks and he really enjoys inking me we always have great session's. What happens is I tell my wife I am going to visit my good friend and catch up on what's been going on, butt the end result is I always come home with a new tat, but she loves my ink! I don't have to much room left to ink at this pace. I plan on expanding the back tattoo with more decore around it in the future. My friend got some neon ink we want to try on me, u don't notice it unless u are under black light, I saw one that was a firework display tat in neon it was pretty wild. I don't even know how many tats I have I lost track a while ago....tra

Most tattoo artist charge by the hr these days instead of by the piece or size and the basic low rate is around a hounded per hr for a studio artist more experience the artist has more per hr. Up to $600. No problem.For this tattoo it was the first time in 15 years I have been in the shop I always get my tats done in private onto on one sessions in a home , but my friend just opened his first shop and he is booked solid seven days a week, he prays for cancelations to get a break. So I went to his new shop I had a good time while I was getting ink, like I said he's a very close friend and bro so he takes care of me like family, plus he loves it that I let him ink me with a heavy hand and no regard because I can take the pain no problem, Thats why I usually get large tats can feel the little ones its over to quick if u know what I mean, I sat for 3 1/2 hrs that was a great session. A back piece can go 300-600 basic to 3000-6000 higher end.......tra
