Just picked this up at Tejon last weekend

I'm not really a shed hunter, but I seem to find them a lot, and enjoy keeping the cooler ones.

Anyway, thought I'd share this one with you guys. Found it on a steep hillside at Tejon Ranch... just the ivory tips sticking out of that thick grass.

Yupp, Tejon Ranch is in CA. Largest contiguous landholder in the state... and one of the largest in the country (I think King Ranch in TX is bigger).

Like I said, I wasn't shed hunting... just always looking for "stuff" when I'm hunting... in this case I was chasing hogs when I found it.

Cool find!! I'm always looking for sheds no matter where or what I'm doing.Maybe I should just go go walks and not look for sheds.lol

So did you keep the shed? ...they're pretty possessive and they have a policy about keeping sheds.
