:bag-on-head: Fat fingers........ :smiley_owned_cop:

inchr met up with his guides this morning and should be in the field by now. As his wife so aptly put it; "Get your Daniel Boone on, inchr!"

First report:

2 bulls at 60 yards (he has a cow tag)
3 stalks on cows but no shots.
1 mountain and no cow on top!

He's back out now.

Go get 'em, INCHR!!!

More stalks, more shoe leather and a definite twist for 411. Can't wait to read his full write-up. This is gonna be GOOD!

I know hunting is hunting but that's a long ways to go for cow elk hunting.

He does. It was probably 6 or 8 hours for him; MUCH less than a drive out west.

He's been applying for the elk draw in Kentucky for several years now and finally got drawn for a cow archery tag. This story is gonna be a good one; I can't wait to read the write-up.

We seen a few Elk, and yes I'll be cutting up meat this weekend. Way buried at work today, so story will follow.

Thanks for all the good vibes, it really helped.

The folks in KY were very kind and gracious to me. The only problem was, the flattest thing I saw was the one waitress in the Hazard Huddle House restaurant ..............

Belch wanted me to get a good hurt on along with my Daniel Boone. He got his wish. My legs held up fine, but I need work on my cardio for more wind climbing in and out of them Hell holes.

I'll try and punch out a few episodes over the weekend after I get some meat in the freezer. Hmmm, what's for supper ..........
