Know of any processors in Coalinga

I will be hunting on a private ranch just outside of
Coalinga, California next week for pig or deer and
wondered if you knew of any processors in the
area....I took a look at the list and didn't see
any....Thanks for your time....

There isn't any in coalinga anymore that I know of......but Lemoore meat locker is a good place to take your game......and pretty reasonable....I took a #200 hog there last year......ran about $70.00 and they made great sausage.......so what ranch will you be hunting if you don't mind me asking?

Sorry, for the major delay......I will be hunting Palm Ranch just outside of Coalinga......Have you hunted or have any advice.........Eric

Your best bet would be to bring along one of those big ol' Ice Chests and quarter your animal to keep it cool if you plan on being out there for a while. Don't ice it directly though, you'll potentially get more spoilage.

You'll be 12 miles from Coalinga and I'm not sure if there is a shop that will process your critter. There is a super-market in town so you could ask the meat man there and he might direct you.

Now for the hard part......getting an animal to stand in front of you!
