George Kramer, one of Southern California's most accomplished anglers and a popular bass fishing columnist for Western Outdoor News, will be giving a fishing seminar about his home water, Lake Elsinore, from 7 to 8:15 p.m., Thursday, July 23 at the Elsinore West Marina, 32700 Riverside Dr., Lake Elsinore. Admission is just $3 per angler, and includes a hot dog and soft drink, one free boat launch pass, raffle, and shoreline fishing until 10 p.m. For information, call 951-674-7730.
