I just got word from a internal state agency email that a friend shared with me that Liggett and Roberts have gone ahead and implemented a ban on use of lead centerfire for big game hunting begining July 1, '07. If true it gives a pretty good idea where the state will follow. Any one confirm or deny either way?

<
cause there probably isnt any lead on the base to begin with
<
if they start now, maybe it will make a difference
<
you know, maybe if the "law makers"
make our boys on the front line start shootin copper, that will do the trick

I was watching a California wildlife show yesterday morning and they did a episode on the California Condors. The host and an expert were driving down State Route 1 and by chance spotted a condor just sitting on the side of the freeway, they approached it to get a closer look and the damn bird started to walk out into traffic. They hurried up and forced it back off the side of the road and watched it fly away. Talking about a stupid bird

. Will they ban cars next?
