Nice picture! The water lily is in sharp focus, the color is beautiful, and you got a really nice reflection. Nice composition, too.
If you're wanting things that might make it even better, the only things I can see are having the entire reflection in the image. As it is, there's a tine bit cut off at the bottom of the picture. Also, that white spot at the bottom right next to the reflection shows up and is a little distracting. Those are tiny things, though, you have an extraordinary picture there, something worth framing. Congrats, sounds like the 740 is working out for you!
